Temporary Cash Assistance for Needy Families
To be clear, the location at 1000 Belle Terre Blvd is NOT the foodstamp or Medicaid office. County employees there help with gap assistance to Flagler County citizens for senior services, home repairs, home purchase assistance, emergency medical (if not eligible for Medicaid) and one-time help with rent or mortgage for eligible residents who have experienced a documentable hardship. Employees there are happy to fax information to the the Medicaid or Food Stamp office (Department of Children and Families, DCF). They are not the same office and cannot answer questions about your case or even specific questions about eligibility with food stamps or Medicaid.
